The Swedish duo Andreas ”Maxaki” Andersson and Robert ”LillRobban” Jonasson moved to North America to compete with Ace Gaming.
There they were going to wean the americans from the ”classic PUG-meta” and get them to play more like the europeeans, but after dissapointing results the swedes now return home.
”While everyone is in good terms, the roster was disbanded and parted ways with the organization”, Ace Gaming writes in a statement.

First Jacob ”Pyth” Mourujärvi left Sweden to compete on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean with Luminosity Gaming. Soon, the Swedish duo Andreas ”Maxaki” Andersson and manager Robert ”LillRobban” Jonasson followed the same path and became part of Canadian Ace Gaming.

Weaning the americans from the ”classic PUG-meta” and get them to play european style was one of the big goals, but the move has seemingly had little effect. Now the roster has been disbanded and parted ways with the organization.
”Although the first season of ESL-ESEA Pro / CEVO-Pro league didn’t go as expected for Ace Gaming, they never gave up and fought until the end. After a good run at the ESWC Canadian qualifiers, but ultimately losing in the tie-breaker map of the grand finals, both the management and the players took a step back and the time needed to decide about this upcoming season. While everyone is in good terms, the roster was disbanded and parted ways with the organization”, Ace Gaming writes in a statement.

LillRobban has taken to twitter confirming his return to Sweden. In talks with Aftonbladet Esport Maxaki has also confirmed that he will be moving back home.
