Aleksi ”Allu” Jalli have replaced Mikail ”Maikelele” Bill on Ninjas in Pyjamas.
Now he tells the story behind the transition and what’s going on inside the team.
– We have shuffled a lot of positions on different maps, the star tells Aftonbladet Esport.

Ninjas in Pyjamas have decided to move on from Mikail ”Maikelele” Bill and the Swedish organization has recruited Aleksi ”allu” Jalli. The Finnish AWP:er will be handling the sniper rifle along side Richard ”Xizt” Landström, Christopher ”GeT_RiGhT” Alesund, Adam ”friberg” Friberg and Patrik ”f0rest” Lindberg at the first major of the year in Katowice, after he signed a tryout contract with the team the past week.

”Fell in love with how good they are”

And when he was approached by NiP, the former 3DMAX player says that the decision to join was a no-brainer.
– The decision was quite easy, yes. After our first day playing together i just fell in love with how good these guys actually are and I truly wanted to be part of this team, he says and continues:
– I will do everything in my power to repay the faith my new teammates have shown in me.

”Have made me feel welcome”

The ninjas have been bootcamping the last couple of days in the organizations mansion. While traveling back to Stockholm, Allu talks about the short time he have had with the team and what’s in store for the roster.
– I’m feeling great. The guys have really made me feel welcome and I really appreciate that, he says.
– My dream is to help NiP reach the number one spot in the world again.

Do you think that you can reach that goal?
– Time will tell i suppose.

Have you been working on some new strategies with you in the lineup or will you just be handed the same position that Maikelele had?
– We have shuffled a lot of positions in different maps and we indeed have been working on new strategies.

Studying Swedish through language CD:s

What do you think that you can bring to the team that might have been missing?
– I think I’ll bring calmness and fresh ideas how to play the game.

Were you nervous while going through the try out phase?
– A little bit, of course. Mostly because I needed to focus a lot so I could understand what my teammates are saying, but now its getting better each day.

How are you solving the language barrier?
– Im studying Swedish via Swedish-Finnish CD:s and of course learning from others.

How are you guys communicating?
– At the moment I call in English and Swedish and the others mostly in Swedish.
