Swedish CS:GO squad LGB Esports disbanded in May despite reaching the semifinals of EMS One Katowice.
Now the team is set to make a comeback on the scene as investment company Diglife acquires the team.
– It’s a part of their expansion on the Nordic esports market, sources tell Aftonbladet Esport.

The investment company Diglife already owns part of Ninjas in Pyjamas and recently claimed a stake in Danish organisation Copenhagen Wolves. Now, they set out to bring life back into what was just recently the third best CS:GO squad in Sweden, as they acquire LGB Esports, the organisation that placed 3/4 during the major in Katowice 2014, with stars as Freddy ”Krimz” Johansson and Olof ”OlofM” Kajbjer in the lineup.
– They’re building a new CS:GO squad, sources tell Aftonbladet Esport.
– It’s a part of their expansion on the Nordic esports market.

Will be made public on Monday

In Ninjas in Pyjamas and Copenhagen Wolves, Diglife owns ”significant shares” of the companies. But with LGB Esports, they’ll own the entire team according to the sources.
– The manager of the team will still be Kevin ”kevz” Mikkelsen, the sources say.
The purchase will be made public on Monday.
Aftonbladet Esport has, unsuccessfully, tried to reach Diglife for a comment.
