Last week, two players seemingly dropped out of the norwegian CS:GO squad London Conspiracy, and HLTV speculated that they were forming a new lineup.
And now, Ruben ”RUBINO” Villarroel and Håvard ”rain” Nygaard will spearhead a new team, iloveyouforever, picked by former Orbit manager Robert Jonasson.
– It feels like the ultimate norwegian lineup, and it will become a team to place on the CS:GO World map, the new manager says.

Star players Ruben ”RUBINO” Villarroel and Håvard ”rain” Nygaard announced that they were departing from the London Conspiracy lineup last week, leaving Pål ”Polly” Kammen, Bjoern ”Skurk” Maaren and Preben ”prb” Gammelsæter behind as the remaining roster.
Now RUBINO and rain will be the stars of a brand new Norwegian team, with the temporary name Iloveyouforever.

”A step up from the old LC”

The squad was carefully selected by Robert Jonasson and Aleksander “phreakeo” Pröjs.
– I picked rain and RUBINO, the two players who undoubtedly had the most skill in old LC. And zEVES is a perfectionist when it comes to calling. He always wants everything to look nice and clean and be perfect. jkaem and ensa have dominated in the national team, but we haven’t just taken the five best players and put a squad together. Everybody knows what they need to do straight out of the gate. We’ve talked a lot about retaining stability in the team and what kind of players we’ve needed.
– This team will become a team to place on the CS:GO World map, like the old LC but another step up.

”We’re gonna start out strong next season”

They’ve already received their first invitation, but have not yet accepted, so the team’s debut could be right around the corner. But other than that, the team will just practice hard during the off season and come out strong next year.
– It’s about showing people that we’re here and are gonna start out strong next season.

An organisation is set to sponsor the team, and it will be announced on Tuesday.
