Former NiP owners convicted for accounting violation
avEmil ”HeatoN” Christensen and a former colleague of his have been convicted for accounting violations.
According to Stockholms tingrätt, the former superstar will pay a fine equivalent to about 1 300 euros.

The former owners of Ninjas in Pyjamas have been convicted for accounting violations. According to the verdict presented by Stockholms tingsrätt, Emil ”HeatoN” Christensen will be held accountable for the violation though the court deems his action to have been no more worse than ”carelessness”.
HeatoN have been fined 1 300 euros. His counterpart in the former company who owned Ninjas in Pyjamas face 75 hours of community services following the sentence.
Ninjas in Pyjamas is now owned by Ninjas in Pyjamas Gaming AB and have been so since it was unearthed that the former owners, Stockholm Esport Production AB, faced bankruptcy. Ahead of the trial, Emil ”HeatoN” Christensen denied the allogations.
– I feel relieved to be able to show to the community that I did no conscious wrongdoings in regards to the former company. Now I can fully focus on the future, HeatoN says to Aftonbladet Esport after the verdict became public.
Ahead of the trial, HeatoN claimed he was innocent and though the court deems his involvement in the accounting violations he have still been deemed guilty.
