The new rumored ”super team” with Maikelele, SKYTTEN, Rain, ScreaM and Fox is taking form as  the three latter players are now officially released from their respective teams.
But according to sources, SK Gaming lost the bidding and so the squad is set to play under a yet to be identified organization.
”A big sponsor within the eSports community bought out rain from LGB but it’s not clear where they will end up yet”, a source tells Aftonbladet Esport.

Rumors of the new team started circulating in April, when French CS:GO site Vakarm published an article revealing the intentions of former Epsilon Esports star Adil ”ScreaM” Benrlitom and NiP/LGB AWP:er Mikail ”Maikelele” Bill of putting together an international team.
That squad is now finalized as LGB confirms that Håvard ”rain” Nygaard has been bought out from LGB. No sums were mentioned but according to sources the transfer fee was 300 000 NOK or roughly 39 000 dollars.
Meanwhile, Ricardo ”fox” Pacheco has left Portugese organization K1ck Esports after eight years, and Epsilon Esports confirmed on Monday that they will not be renewing ScreaMs contract.

”Someone outbid SK Gaming by miles”

The organization rumored to claim the team according to Vakarm’s report was SK Gaming, who have been looking to get back into CS:GO since Bill and Alexander ”SKYTTEN” Carlsson and their former team left them in July 2014. But now sources tell Aftonbladet Esport that another, yet unidentified organization, has swooped in an outbid the German powerhouse.
– The team is the same but someone outbid SK Gaming by miles. CS:GO is starting to become interesting for all kinds of companies now, a source says.
– A big sponsor within the eSports community bought out rain from LGB, but it’s not clear where they will end up yet.

UPDATE: At first we stated SK lost a ”bidding war” with another organization. SK manager Alexander Müller has since then clarified that there was no such thing going on, at the same time confirming that the lineup wont be playing for SK as he wishes them good luck with future endeavors.
