Vendetta after the bomb bug: ”Should be updated tomorrow”
avIn the middle of the ”Fight Night” BO5 between Fnatic and EnVyUs, the bomb got stuck in between doors at A site, making it impossible for the T side to pick it up.
The surprised casters Halvor ”vENdetta” Gulestøl and Auguste ”Semmler” Massonnat immediately called for a quick update from Valve to prevent this from happening at crucial moments.
– That shouldn’t be there next tournament, vENdetta says.
Fnatic and EnVyUs are currently facing each other in the second edition of Aftonbladet Esport ”Fight Night” and after demolishing the swedish side on Cobble, Envy were up 1-0 as the game went on to Train.
There, Fnatic returned the favor and ran over EnVyUs, winning 16-9.
”Should be an update tomorrow”
But the most noticeable moment happened as Fnatic were in a two versus three at 13-3, when the bomb got caught between doors at A site and Olof ”Olofmeister” Kajbjer was unable to pick it up. Fnatic still clutched the round but afterwards the casters came down hard on the map bug, that worst case could decide a close game.
– Is the bomb stuck? Valve, that shouldn’t be there next tournament, Halvor ”vENdetta” Gulestøl pleaded to the developers.
– There should be an update tomorrow that says ”bug fixed where bomb gets stuck in doors on Train”, he continues.
Wants fix before DreamHack Summer
And co-host Auguste ”Semmler” Massonnat fills in:
– Before DreamHack Summer, please.
After two maps, the score is 1-1 and the game continues at Aftonbladet Esport Twitch.
