Wickd to be replaced by Kev1n according to sources
avAfter a strong start in the spring split, things have been going downhill for Elements as they’ve lost three games in a row.
Now the team takes action and replaces Wickd with Kev1n, according to The Score.
– It will be epic to scrim more teams and get back to the competitive scene, Kev1n says in a video announcement following the news.
Elements, with Swedish star Martin ”Rekkles” Larsson in the squad, have had a tough time the last couple of weeks. After starting the season with a 4-1 record they’ve now lost three games in a row. And after rumors of a roster change leaked to The Score yesterday, former Ninjas in Pyjamas and Millennium player Kevin Rubiszewski confirmed he’s been recruited to the team.
– I will be back to my top level and am looking forward to the next days. It will be epic to scrim more teams and get back to the competitive scene.
Wickds playstyle too aggressive
Kev1n, who hasn’t represented a team since Millennium disbanded in december, will allegedly replace Wickd in the upcoming games for Elements, since sources to The Score tell them Wickds aggressive playstyle hasn’t meshed with his more passive teammates Henrik ”Froggen” Hansen and Rekkles. Alliance have yet to confirm the information.
Tomorrow, they face Giants Gaming in this weeks first LCS round, but it’s still unclear if Kev1n will be taking Wickds spot already.
