Had my favorite falafel salad today. It’s on the heavier side, which might be good for those beginning the raw food journey, since feeling full after a meal can be a concern. As your body gets used to raw food, you’ll want to eat lighter dishes. Just listen to your body and it will guide the way. And if you’re craving certain things – I’m not talking about foods that contain white sugar, like a Kit Kat chocolate bar – I’m talking about certain veggies or fruits, there is a reason, your body is asking for a certain mineral, vitamin, etc.
