Start by observing your thoughts and become aware of how negative or positive they are? Towards yourself and the outside world. Very interesting exercise. You can even write this down or journal throughout the day.
I am a big believer in the law of attraction… so if you’re negative, you’ll attract negativity, and if you’re positive, more love & good things will flow into your life. Just a little food for thought…
