I decided to continue my cleanse, since I feel so damn wonderful… My head is clear (finally). So headed to Organic Avenue again this morning at 7:30am to pick out the day’s fresh juices. They have a few different levels you can choose from, all with the word ”LOVE” in the name. It’s funny cause the first reaction I get when people hear I’m cleansing is, ”oh are you trying to loose weight?”, which is what many associate this with. But for me it’s about getting healthy, cleaning out my body, releasing toxins, creating a clean slate, having a clear mind, loving myself, and letting my body rest.
