DO THE BEST YOU CAN!

Yesterday’s lunch brought up two good points…

  1. Respect what others choose to eat and don’t pressure them into eating the way you do (as you can see my boyfriend is a hamburger fanatic… hehe). Concentrate on YOU!
  2. Do the best you can… You might not eat the perfect raw food meal but that’s ok. Do what feels right in that moment.
