So thanks to Hurricane Irene, we stayed in LA some extra time, flew to Chicago, and drove (yes for 17 hours) to NYC! For the record, there was nothing raw about this journey… had to make the best of it… Which I think is important. Don’t worry to much about being 100% raw, worry about taking care of your body. Eat the best possible option, wherever you may be. My best option on this road, happened to be a delicious veggie sandwich. Hope everyone is safe after this crazy storm… Bye bye Irene… until next time.
