Circadian Rhythms of Your Body:
- Cycle 1 – Elimination (4am-noon) – This is the time your body uses it’s energy to heal and repair itself. It’s when elimination is most active. Eat juicy fruit or fresh juice only.
- Cycle 2 – Appropriation (noon-8pm) – Digestion is at its strongest. This is the time to eat!
- Cycle 3 – Assimilation (8pm-4am) – This is the time your body takes to extract, absorb, and utilize the nutrients in the food. Let your stomach retire.
