HAVE YOU TRIED THE OMEGALICIOUS SMOOTHIE?

Think that I have posted this recipe before, but it’s my favorite breakfast smoothie, so gonna post it again.

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.

  • large handful spinach (or other dark green leaf veggies)
  • handful raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed (or can use flax oil)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • handful blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup water (or more/less depending on how thick you want it)
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • 1 tsp raw honey
