WHAT KIND OF YOGI ARE YOU?
avI do not claim to be a master yogi, not even that flexible, but I do enjoy it and definitely want to incorporate more into my life – at least two classes a week. Just came back from a Vinyasa class at my gym and really feel the energy flowing within me. So impressed with everyone doing headstands – that will be my goal… one day folks…
