Today’s exercise was circuit training – very effective way to work out. I was dripping in sweat by the end. We did 30 seconds at each station, which included everything from squats to biking, planks to lifting weights. I did feel a little light headed and realized that my body needs more than a raw power bar in the AM… Need to explore this.
