Picked up dinner and dessert at Chelsea market this evening. My go to dinner (when I’m exhausted) is always avocado and whatever else I got. Today happened to be yellow grape tomatoes, broccoli, walnuts, and raisins. Topped with my favorite mustard dressing (consists of olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic salt). And raw chocolate chip cookies from One Lucky Duck for after…. yum!

Ah damn, One Lucky Duck was closed this morning, but we (my dearest friend Sofia who is visiting me from Sweden) picked up two freshly squeezed juices and shared a fruit salad instead. Great way to start the day!

On our way to a river rafting tour through the rain forest in Costa Rica, we stopped by this organic fruit stand for coconut water! So refreshing….

Coconut water is a awesome drink to take as preventative medicine. It contains lauric acid the same as in mother’s milk. This lauric acid is antimicrobial, anti bacterial, anti fungal and anti protozoal.
