RAW ORGANIC ALMOND FRUIT PIE
avThe images show a few variations of this pie… Here is how you make the base.
First pulse 1/2 cup raw almonds in a blender, and then add 12 pitted dates, a pinch of salt, and a teaspoon cinnamon – mix into a dough. Spread this onto a form. Add first layer of sliced fruit including 4 chopped bananas, 1/2 chopped pineapple (small pieces) or 2 sliced mangos, and give 10 strawberries a quick pulse in the mixer and add as a third layer. Decorate with shredded coconut around the edges and finalize with sliced kiwis and strawberries. Feel free to use other fruits if you like… but we prefer these. 🙂
