avAbove is the 28-day cleanse schedule. The 14-day cleanse has the same routine except that one only follows the “gentle phase” and “power phase”. In addition, it’s important to drink a lot of water and three to five glasses of fresh squeezed fruit or vegetable juice per day. Also, if one gets hungry in-between the meals, herbs, and shakes, one should always eat a snack! Normally I would take the herbs with me while going to the beach and then go home for the shakes and meals.
