Juice cleansing is definitely something I’ve brought up before… I recommend doing 4 longer ones (3-7 days) per year (one every season) or an alternative one-day cleanse every week. Listen guys, we put so much junk in our bodies, even those of us that ”eat healthy” and are on the ”perfect” natural organic diet – sorry to tell you this, but the world is full of toxins and pollutants that slip into your body on a freak’in daily basis anyways. Clean your body, like you do your home. You wouldn’t let your apartment get all dirty right? Or not change your sheets for a year? Hello… McNasty…

Plan to do a couple posts on the subject in the upcoming months – SPRING CLEANING folks! Gonna start by presenting a few great options for you (see below) – don’t be discouraged if you don’t have access to these companies, make your own or do the best you can. Every effort helps…

Beginner? Start with two green juices, three fruit juices, and some sort of nut milk. Advanced? Go green all the way baby!! Get those bad boys out forever.
