WHAT’S GELATIN?
avGelatin is a protein obtained by boiling skin, tendons, ligaments and/or bones from cows and pigs in water and is usually used as a thickener. So is this stuff in your food? The answer is probably yes if you eat certain candy (gummi bears), marshmallows, puddings, yogurts, cakes, etc. Check the label before you put this in your mouth… nasty.
