WATERMELON LIKES TO PLAY ALONE.
avWatermelon is kinda like warm lemon water, it should be consumed alone and first thing in the morning. It is made of 92% water and will clean out your system. If eaten with other foods it will ferment inside the stomach until everything else has been digested – causing bloating and gas.
I love to juice it and make a big tall glass of watermelon yumminess. And it’s fine to eat the seeds, they contain protein and B vitamins.
Also, watermelon contains the red pigment, lycopene which is proving to prevent cancer!! Good for us…
