So here is what you’re getting when you munch on grapes… And did you know they might help you live longer? Like the sound of THAT.

manganese – lowers blood sugar and is needed to perform over 300 biochemical reactions in the body!
vitamin K – needed for normal brain function and healthy bones…
vitamin C – protects the body from infections (gross).
vitamin B – energy, good digestion, strong nails, glowing skin, and nervous system.
potassium – health bones and metabolism (burn baby burn)
vitamin B6 – brain function, nerve function, and forming of red blood cells.
