3) Har för mig att du tidigare skrev att man kan vĂ€lja antalet dagar sjĂ€lv, hur mĂ„nga dagar rekommenderar du? Börjar man Ă€ta försiktigt sen nĂ€r det Ă€r klart? IF IT’S YOUR FIRST TIME I RECOMMEND ONE DAY, THEN MOVE TO THREE DAYS… THEN FIVE… THE DAY BEFORE AND AFTER THE CLEANSE YOU SHOULD EAT 100% RAW, THIS IS A TRANSITION, SO FRUTIS, VEGGIES, NUTS & SEEDS.
4) Dricker man de olika typerna av juice i ngn speciell ordning? Har förstÄtt att grönt Àr bra pÄ morgonen men de övriga? YES EXACTLY, START WITH A GREEN JUICE, THEN DRINK WHATEVER YOU FEEL LIKE. DRINK A JUICE EVERY 2 HOURS. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. END WITH THE NUT DRINK.
5) Kan jag ta olika jucierecpet frĂ„n nĂ€tet sĂ„ lĂ€nge de enbart innehĂ„ller ”rena” produkter? MĂ„ste jag tĂ€nka pĂ„ ngt speciellt? THAT’S FINE. MIX IT UP! DID A YUMMY PINEAPPLE + MINT ONE YESTERDAY.
