Went hard on the extra ginger today! Why? It is a cancer preventing food (gotta love that) and it works with the immune system to keep out colds & the flu (woof!).
Morning green juice consisted of lots of celery, cucumber, ginger (obvi), apple, and spinach.
Tip of the Day: Juice the ginger first, that way you get the most juice out of it… instead of it being blocked by green leaves, etc.
