QUESTION:
Hi!
Why did you go raw, and if it was for health reasons, did it work?
I’m asking because I have Pcos and thinking of eating more raw.
Thanks for the inspo!! 🙂
Hugs Alli
ANSWER:
Hey Alli,
I chose the raw food lifestyle because I wanted to be healthy for life! I was tired of diets and treating my body the wrong way, tired of fearing future diseases, etc. It has definitely worked, without a doubt. Today, with this way of eating, I am more at peace, balanced, and food doesn’t affect my mood. I dropped weight, my skin started to glowing, stronger nails, etc.
I think eating this way can help you as well, be sure to eliminate soy from your daily diet – you don’t want that extra estrogen! Having a PH Balanced diet can help all disease, you don’t want an acidic body…

QUESTION:
Hej,
I was wondering how you started out working within PR after college? Is it essential to have a PR-related degree to be able to start working within PR? I have just graduated with a bachelor of science but want to start working in PR…
Also I love your juice/smoothie recipes but was wondering if you could share some raw food lunch/dinner idea?
Thanks for a great blog!
Sara Kay xx
ANSWER:
Hello Sara Kay,
After college I headed straight to New York, and because I had done PR internships I was recommended to a few firms based in the city. After that it just flowed, it’s all about expanding your network, you never know who can help make an introduction. Don’t worry, you don’t need a Bachelors in Public Relations, just stay focused, and try to get experience. If you’re meant to do this, the Universe will guide you…
A lot of ladies have asked about lunch and dinner recipes, will work on that. I post more on Instagram if you have an iPhone, follow rawclarityfilippa.com
Good luck,

QUESTION:
This blog is my daily inspiration!
I would like to know more about your daily meals (breakfast, snacks, dinner). I eat 80% raw and love it, but it’s hard to find good stuff in Sweden. For example, the cleansing drinks from organic avenue. That’s something you can’t find in Sweden or Scandinavia…
Your blog really inspires me every day, so keep up the good work! 🙂
ANSWER:
Hi Malin,
Thank you for your comment!
Recipes, yes on it. Really appreciate the feedback. Where in Sweden do you live? The main cities seem to have a few more options. Have you been to Ecoist? The cleansing juices you’ll have to make on your own, which is even better cause you know they’re organic and fresh…
80% is amazing, keep up the good work.

Filippa
QUESTION:
Tack för en grymt inspirerande blogg!!! Kan inte du skriva hur din ”kost-dag” vanligtvis ser ut? Behöver tips pĂĄ mättande raw-luncher och middagar… Med vänlig hälsning, Rebecka
ANSWER:
Hey Rebecka,
It’s pretty different everyday, but today I started with a green juice and a fruit salad (banana, kiwi, and strawberries) topped with chia seeds. For lunch I had a hummus & Greek platter. Afternoon snack were coconut macaroons from One Lucky Duck and for dinner I had a quinoa + avocado salad. Now I’m enjoying green tea while watching Ryder Cup…
Will post more recipes, but hopefully that gives you the overall idea.
Peace,
Filippa
