TIME TO INVEST… COUGH UP THE CASH FOR HEALTH…

Yes organic produce costs more and ”superfoods” aren’t cheap either, but that’s no reason not to invest in the right type of food that your body needs. Editor-in-Chief of Self Magazine, Lucy Danziger, recently told CNN the following:
”At the end of the day, you invest in your wardrobe and your hair and your car and everything else. So invest in your body. Because it’s supposed to last for 100 years.”
So take out your wallet and throw down some cash in order to keep these foods stocked in your cabinet at all times (optimal health baby): Broccoli, spinach, berries, green tea, coconut oil, fermented vegetables, & nuts. Keep it organic! Keep it whole, keep it local, keep it simple.
