TAHINI QUINOA BOWL
avLove creating variations of quinoa dishes – probably because I ate 100% raw for so long and have now started to incorporate a few natural whole foods (yes cooked) back into my diet. It feels right for me, especially when working out. Anyways back to the recipe… it includes quinoa, red onion, cucumber, spinach, and a tahini dressing – just mix lemon juice, water, salt, pepper, and tahini – duh!
