RAW FOOD DINNER
avLast night we joined our friend’s Madeleine & Niklas for dinner, correction ”raw food dinner.” It was amazing, start to finish.
Menu
Appetizer: Salad consisting of papaya, dates, and walnuts on a bed of spinach, drizzled with lime and olive oil. Served with tomato salsa.
Main Dish: Rice paper wraps with a mix of over 10 veggies. Topped with a sweet & sour sauce and soy sauce. We also added some glass noddles inside. We dipped the rice paper right at the table – very fun element!
Dessert: Fruit salad with strawberries, apples, bananas, kiwi, blueberries, pineapple and topped with chopped almonds.
