avThere is usually a combo of vegetarians, vegans, and meat-eaters at the dinner table and it can be hard to please everyone with a satisfying meal. But have no fear, this is a great option. Make a big salad like this, combined with sweet potatoes and beets in the oven, and fish for those who love the animal kingdom (well, in another way).
