My brother Gustaf came by the office today and we ended up heading down to Bonobos for lunch. We both went for the curry nut salad – even he thought it was good, and he loves his meat. Probably need to mix it up, but this has become my go-to place. Try it if you’re in the city – on 23rd Street.

”The Chef at LTO (Limited Time Only), the pop-up restaurant at 171 East Broadway (Rutgers Street), for Friday to Sunday will be Ayinde Howell, a vegan cook who has worked as a personal chef and as executive chef at Jivamukti Yoga School. The Friday dinner menu ($65) will be based on Southern fare (grilled barbecue-rubbed seitan brisket); Saturday brunch ($50) will be Cajun (dirty quinoa among other dishes); Saturday dinner ($65) will be raw but not entirely, incuding ”fire-kissed tempeh” and roasted breadfruit; Sunday will feature a waffle brunch ($30, or à la carte $12 to $25) and a dinner with a tasting of street foods, like batter-fried tempeh tacos ($55). MAKE EVERY MORNING REALLY GOOD

Mornings have become almost sacred to me. I make sure to do my best to meditate, drink my lemon water, make a gorgeous smoothie, and leave the apartment with a smile on my face. What does your routine look like? What kind of tone does it set for the rest of the day?

RAW CHOCOLATE SAUCE!!

Ok let me hear you scream of joy! Why? Because this is probably going to be the best chocolate sauce you ever tasted. Ingredients are on the label in the pic above.

Drizzle it (and don’t be shy, add a ton) on fruit – strongly recommend that one of them be bananas.

We as human beings have a choice to make on a moment by moment basis.  We can either choose to digest the fear, anxiety and worry that is easily found around us everyday, or we can choose to digest love. – Nikita

Start by observing your thoughts and become aware of how negative or positive they are? Towards yourself and the outside world. Very interesting exercise. You can even write this down or journal throughout the day.

I am a big believer in the law of attraction… so if you’re negative, you’ll attract negativity, and if you’re positive, more love & good things will flow into your life.  Just a little food for thought…
