Ok there  are a few reasons why women should avoid soy… Yes that processed food that our society makes all kinds of things with – McNasty – and calls these products ”food.” But the number one reason is that soy may disrupt the menstrual cycle and cause infertility. And who (maybe not now) doesn’t want kids later in life? I sure do. So put down your soy latte, soy nuggets, and soy yogurt, cause they ain’t doing you no good.

On occasion, I think traditional soy sauce and organic edamame are ok… once in a blue moon…

Listen, you need to be aware of what’s going into the body. It will only take abuse for so long.

Love and respect yourself with the right foods.
