Once a week I recommend recharging the hair with seednoir oil from Molton Brown – helps to heal and boost both the scalp and hair. Do this before you shampoo!

Also when it comes to moisturizing your body, go for oils over lotions.

  • Resveratrol: Found in white, blue, & purple foods such as garlic, blueberries, grapes, red wine, etc.

Renée Volatire is truly a blessing to the Swedes… Her products are beyond amazing and I always stock up when I’m home. Received these magical banana jungle chips in my Easter egg this year (since you won’t find me nibbling on colored gelatin… a.k.a candy). Recommend dipping these in guacamole! Warning, there hot & spicy (love it). xx

FIND A HEALTHY BUDDY

Surrounding yourself with healthy, like minded people (friends, family, coworkers, etc.) is easier said than done… Getting healthy might require a lot of changes and it’s always good to have a solid support system, since those closest to you might not fully understand why you’re ”just” eating salad for dinner…  They’ll get it when you look awesome in your skinny jeans, you have glowing skin, clear white eyes, and no vitamin deficiencies in your blood test – booooyyaaa!!

So find one person that can keep you on track and vice versa. This new buddy might not be in your life yet, so be open! If you ask the Universe for support, it will send it your way…

I’ve had my mom there – we both bounce new ideas, theories, and recipes off each other. I’m very grateful that we are on the same page.
