Why is it that the words ”burning belly fat” immediately catch our attention? (haha). There like magnets for us women. Any ways, the important thing for a balanced and flat tummy is to eat natural and foods that are packed with nutrients. Apples: An apple a day, keeps the doctor away! The fruit contains pectin, a compound that is known to inhibit colon cancer. It also contains nutrients such as vitamin c, beta-carotene, dietary fiber, phytosterol, flavnoids, antioxidants, and other minerals.

Yes it’s true, my boyfriend Stefan actually came to a Kundalini yoga class with me this morning and behold… he enjoyed it (OMG). So that’s the reason I’m eating this delicious veggie wrap from Organic Avenue alone… cause the trade was brunch with his buddies. It’s ALL GOOD. Baby steps ya’ll…
