Give your kids lots and lots of fruit, they love it. We attended a birthday picnic yesterday for my cousin Cissi and she had a ton of grapes, melon, and figs that little August chowed down on (in pic above)…
Make fruit salads with them, they love the participation and colors! And teach them what each one does, this is good for the eyes, blueberries is good for the skin, apples are good for your teeth, bananas are good for the blood, etc.
