Aftonbladet sponsor of Nordic.js

Aftonbladet is proud ruby sponsor of Nordic.js, a two-day conference all about JavaScript. Some of the organizers are our friends Martina Elm and Jonnny Strömberg from Hackaway. Together with Johannes Edelstam they organize this extremely relevant conference including top speakers like Jina Bolton, Douglas Crockford and Tom Dale. Have a look at the speaker list.

Why is JavaScript and Nordic.js so important for Aftonbladet? We asked Henrik, frontend developer at Aftonbladet:

– Aftonbladet is the largest newssite in the Nordics and we use more JavaScript today than ever. I think we all are, and we need to do it in a responsible way. We want to help spreading the good parts.

The first ever occurance of this conference will take place on an island in the middle of the beautiful archipelago of Stockholm on 18-19 September.
