Hey what’s up everyone, I’m here in Sweden for the West Coast Riot. SO I’ve decided to tell you about my top three Swedish  bands.

Lets start with Raised Fist! Hear is a good example of a hardcore band that grows in a natural progression and gets better every year!

Next let’s talk about my friends in The Haunted. Here’s a band that I loved from the first time I’ve heard them. This is the way metal should be (in my opinion ) I had the great pleasure and honor to be ask by them to sing on their “Revolver”  cd. To be asked by one of my favorite bands on one of their best records was incredible.

Now no list can be without mentioning the one and only Refused. You know it was some of the guys from Refused who first brought Sick Of It All here to Sweden.  They went from passionate hardcore kids to passionate musical innovators. Who along with the US band  Snapcse set the standered for all heavy and hard music top come.

So there you have it, my top three. There are many others I could mention, Randy and Abhinanda for example. So now discuss this and let the debates begin!
